The Green Physio provides

Expert physiotherapy services based online, from the comfort of your own home or workplace. This not only takes out the stress if you are in a remote location, or you simply don’t have the time to travel, park and wait, but this has also proved to be a very effective method of managing injuries and guiding recovery, especially since the Coronavirus pandemic began. Online physio provides an ideal setup for really discussing and getting to the bottom of your issue, including educating about the condition, and advising on management going forwards, so that you can take control of the problem.

You will receive an individual program that is adapted to you, your needs and your surroundings. Your treatment program will consist of self-treatment techniques and strategies along with specific exercises, movements and activities.

Online physio consultations are also a more environmentally-friendly option, as it eliminates the need to travel.

If at any time it becomes clear that a face-to-face (ie. hands-on) approach or an onward referral is indicated, you will be informed straight away, and sign-posted in the right direction to the appropriate healthcare professional.

  • “I have had online physio sessions during lockdown with Aisling Condon for my hamstring, and I couldn't be more grateful for the care and attention I've received. I thought I'd never be able to run again, but thanks to Aisling's amazing guidance, I am back to walking and running completely without pain - she has performed a miracle. Highly recommended.”

  • “Outstanding physiotherapy practice by any measure. During Covid, my physio – the brilliant Aisling Condon – restored my hugely problematic knee, improved my overall physical management of various elements, transformed my balance – and changed so much for the better that I ran faster, quicker, easier and happier! I can’t overestimate how impressive Aisling’s clinical knowledge and skills are. Purely by video she accurately assessed, diagnosed and supported me through a range of challenges… you couldn’t ask to spend half an hour on Zoom with a more lovely, smart and professional person. Aisling really cares and makes a huge difference. Without doubt the best investment I have made in the past two years and I’m soooo grateful.”
