Managing hypermobility: 5 key points

The link below takes you to a blog I wrote recently for UK based ethical exercise equipment company Movewell, on ‘Managing Hypermobility - the 5 key areas to focus on’. These are but a few guidance points, i.e. the basics that I, in my professional and personal opinion, think are important when trying to prevent a ‘big thing’ from happening and getting in the way of us feeling good. It is about keeping on top of the ‘little things’ - our mindset, our habits, our understanding of our own bodies, and avoiding the ‘boom and bust’.

This is of course offered for informational purposes only. It is an outline of basic principles, not a diagnosis or treatment plan specific to an individual. Do make sure you seek advice and guidance from a professional for diagnosis and treatment specific to you.
